Whether one room or a whole building, Gretchen’s attention to detail and seamless transition of each step reflects thought and consistency, resulting in a complete virtually integrated project throughout. Creatively, she thinks outside the box; and is not afraid to suggest moving walls or rooms to achieve the best flow and function.

In this home renovation, the kitchen was moved from the front of the house to the back of the house to take advantage of the natural flow from room to room and the beautiful views of the backyard.  Once this was completed, the next few years were spent renovating the remaining rooms in the house. The client was so pleased with the result that Gretchen was invited to travel alongside them on business to Hong Kong.
